David's Bio

As a native New Yorker with more then a decade of Real Estate experience, David understands the delicate relationship between tenants and landlords. David’s direct and honest approach has set him apart and gained favor with many satisfied clients, landlords and management. In the ultra competitive New York rental market, David founded the Genik Group. With combined efficiency and knowledge, The Genik Group partnered with Keller Williams, providing clients and landlords with easier transactions than ever before.

David graduated from Baruch College in 2007, with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development. Since graduation, David has gained significant experience in the real estate industry and developed substantial relationships as such. To-date David has helped over 50 building owners manage and optimize value within their real estate holdings. David has dealt with a wide range of issues, for example, dealing with management and financial matters, as well as identifying potential legal issues. David has helped maximizing profits and efficiency with many landlords.

Currently David lives in Soho and has earned strong relationships with many landlords in the downtown area. Clients always appreciated the full-service capabilities that David offers, from understanding the market and what paperwork is required to signing the lease.

In his spare time, David is a professional photographer. With a large following, David specializes in headshots and fashion.
